(1)Discuss and make strategic objective and policy of development, tourist industry of Quanzhou, , work out tourist industry medium-term and long-term plans and annual plan of development; Make administrative statute, rule and supervise and implement of management, tourist industry of Quanzhou,; Responsible for the travel agency of Quanzhou, Travel star hotel, travel abroad, border travel, outstanding travel cities and towns establish, guide building of contingent, travel safety in production and management of different travel affairs; Evaluate examining and approve, checks and annual check to the establishment, grade of the tourist enterprise of Quanzhou.

(2)Make and to domestic and international development strategy of tourist market, organize and coordinate Quanzhou not to travel advertising campaign of propagating; Responsible for travel function making a reservation and image plan in Wenshan Prefecture; Responsible for the travel affairs and contact with foreign countries, exchanges and cooperation concerning foreign affairs.

(3)Organize the investigation, development and protecting of the tourist resources in Quanzhou; Responsible for Quanzhou travel industry, key travel area, travel scenic spot beauty spot, planning of travel resort works out and develops the building-up work; Responsible for demonstration, set up, declares and manages of project, travel of Quanzhou,; Help, match the relevant department not to develop the travel smalls.

(4)Responsible for and manage, arrange, use province set aside and travel development fund and other construction fund to use for tourism development that state government arrange in unison, Guide and coordinate the social investment of tourist industry and utilize the foreign capitals to work.

(5)Make and supervise and inspect the scenic spot of all kinds of travels ( click), District and travel accommodation, travel agency, travel type Company and various kinds of travel facility standard and service standard of project for holidays; Instruct subordinate unit, travel and learn, the employer's organization works.

(6)Manage and standardize the order of tourist market of Quanzhou and service quality; Accept tourist's complaining and administrative reconsideration; Guide the construction of spiritual civilization of travel trade.

(7)Organize, guide travle statistics of Quanzhou and analytical work of economical operation of travel , Send the statistical analysis materials to higher authorities on time.
